Description: Creamy wheat pasta with vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 cup
wheat pasta or any pasta
1/2 package
asparagus
1/2 cup
alfredo sauce
6 or 7
mushrooms
1 small
bell pepper, basil/parsley
2 tbsp
cheese
Instructions:
Cut asparagus into small pieces. Separate, cut, and slice mushrooms and bell peppers. Boil three cups of water, when water is boiling add pasta & asparagus, cook for about ten minutes.
In another pot, cook bell peppers with olive oil. When peppers are tender add mushrooms and cook one more minute. Drain pasta & asparagus. Then add alfredo sauce, mushrooms, bell peppers & sprinkle with favorite cheese(feta, mozarella, cheddar) to the pasta and asparagus. Also you can use your favorite herbs to add flavor(basil, parsley, cilantro), onion powder, or garlic salt. Serve with small salad or favorite meat.

Its ok im not fond of noodles. I would say the vegetables too are not good with this sauce.

Any types of mushrooms work well here. Sear them in batches, without crowding in a hot skillet so that they will take on color without steaming.
